Salty sweat: Sweat tastes salty if it has a low salt content. This occurs when you are heat adapted as aldosterone causes your body to not put salt in sweat. Also depends on how fast you are sweating. Heavy sweat may have more salt. So cannot tell you if it is good as it depends on what you are doing and eating and cause for sweating.
