Medial epicondylecto: Find an orthopaedic surgeon who treats ulnar nerve compression at the elbow. I personally prefer to do a medial epicondylectomy and neurolysis of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. Many methods exist including transfer of the ulnar nerve, but over the last 30 years I have had great results without any recurrence.
