Here are some ...: How long have you experienced that tingling? At which part of penis, proximal or middle or distal? Does it occur off and on or constantly? Worse at certain time of a day or in certain positioning? To get to the bottom of the concern, bring the detailed Hx stressing sequence of events to Doc for analysis + physical exams + tests as needed so to deduce possible Dx for reasonable Rx/ care/ counseling
