Gatorade: ...just tastes good, but it probable no better than regular water... There are some electrolytes ('salts' and sugars) in Gatorade, but it is often much more sweet than good for you. It is basically the same a drinking soda; it is better to hydrate with water both during and after- to wash out the waste products of muscles from working out and maybe dilute Gatorade 75% if you enjoy the taste..
