Maybe (not) . . .: It would be useful to know your gender but unless you're trying to change your physical gender, there's no reason for men to take estrogen. But to answer question, estrogen helps male pituitary control hormone levels as testosterone is converted into E. More specifically, the higher one's E, the less one's T and vice versa. So one of best ways to raise T is to lower E (via exercise & weight loss).
