They are unrelated: Your blood creatinine is a measure of kidney function. The creatinine in urine is a completely different issue, and really is a measure of the concentration of that urine, not a measure of your kidney function. The two are really not related. Normal urine has a creatinine of between 100-400, and values under 20-30 indicate a very dilute urine, usually because of high water intake to beat test.
