I have had iron deficiency anemia on my recent labs my ferritin was low but my serum iron and iron saturation high with high rdw-sd whats that mean?
At what point should an iron supplement be considered? my Ferritin, Serum lab whowed a 2 ng/ml with a normal range of 30-400. Is it time to consider an iron supplement? Do experience fatigue, hair loss, muscle cramps etc.
