Talk to your doc: If you are having a side effect causing you trouble, and it isn't temporary (like if you have only had it after a dose increase and it might go away after you have been on the new dose for a while) you should mention it to the doctor who prescribed it. If you really benefit from that medication, and don't want to stop it, you may want to find a way to compensate.
