Depends: A term pregnancy is considered about 37 weeks and thus a baby born at 35 weeks(assuming the pregnancy was normal) has a very good chance at delivering with limited risk.

Worrisome: The average 35 wk premi would end up with 50% risk of neonatal lung disease and end up in an Neonatal ICU for about 10 days. It might not have problems, but the expectation is they would. It is always best if mom can hang on to baby until they are ready.
