What do you suggest if my friend has a disease named purpura from last 4 years. is there any treatment for this in ayurved?

Serious stuff: There are a bunch of different causes of purpura, ranging from trivial to deadly. Some self-cure. Some are fatal is not treated by today's scientific medicine but easy to manage. "Ayurvedic medicine" is folk cures from human prehistory with very little science. It is only usable as an adjunct, and I cannot recommend spending much money on it.
