Non steroidals: Take a NSAID like med e.g Aleve (naproxen) or ibuprofen as long u have no contraindications or allergies. Make sure to take this with food

See Your Doctor: Unclear what you mean by inflamed ribs. Regardless it would be helpful to discuss family and personal history, as well as other symptoms to help better determine and distinguish musculoskeletal pain from GI issues from heart and lung issues.
