Need to see your GP: As the pain under the ribs, might be of kidney origin. Tie-ing that with difficulty in urinating maybe an infective cause. Are you having any blood in it, or has the color changed? Any odor to it?Any burning sensation with it? I cannot tie in the chest pain to it. Maybe when the doc who sees you will be able to have a better idea. Unless its a chest infection and with possibly with dehydration.
