38 is not too young: Thirty-eight is not too young for a breast augmentation but age alone is not the only consideration. Prior hsitory of surgery or family history of breast cancer, childbearing plans, weight gain/loss, hormonal status and so many other issues may factor into whether you are an acceptable candidate. It would be best to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss this decision.

Breast augmentation: Breast augmentation to enhance the breasts is a consideration for young women, who do not develop their breasts or women who lose breast volume after they have had children. The first step is to seek a consultation with a Plastic surgeon.
