Without seeing...: ...The rash, my best guess is miliaria, or "prickly heat", which occurs when sweat glands plug up. Treatments include avoiding further sweating (to the extent that that's possible), less occlusive clothing, cool compresses, calamine lotion, and topical steroid lotions or sprays (which require a prescription).
