It might: but more often it means irregular or late ovulation. You will have to be patient until things grow enough to determine: good luck meanwhile.

Can't tell: Although it does not look promising, if that is all you have had, you can't tell yet whether the pregnancy will be successful. Your doctor will follow serial BHCG measurements and repeat your ultrasound. For more information www.askyourgynecologist.org
