When i was 5 weeks 4 days pregnant as per lmp, my ultrasound showed a gestational sac of 3 weeks age with 6mm in diameter. is that mean no growth?

It might: but more often it means irregular or late ovulation. You will have to be patient until things grow enough to determine: good luck meanwhile.
