Not understanding: Whenever you "hold it" during climax, you will divert the ejaculate into the bladder. Retrograde ejaculation is a condition where you do not ejaculate externally, but into the bladder. I would not worry about having retrograde ejaculation. It is a consequence of doing what i believe you are describing.
