Yes, but...: Antibiotics only have the chance to minimally decrease the effectiveness of BC. To be safe, use a condom also and you would be fine. 1 week after any antibiotics as a general rule, and minimal decrease in effectiveness will be gone and you will be back to 99% effectiveness with BC alone.
