None: Your feelings and emotions are a process of your central nervous system (your brain and the hormones/chemicals in your brain). Discuss your disease and feelings with your physician. You may be experiencing Depression, a treatable condition. There is help available.

Difficult to answer: The frontal lobes of the brain are responsible for inhibition and personality. An injury to this part of the brain could result in less inhibition and personality changes. This could also be do to a hormonal imbalance and not due to neuronal injury. I recommend you see your primary care physician for these symptoms.
