Safe and effective?: Hi. Synthroid (thyroxine) has been proven to be safe and effective. The same can't be said for C4 by Cellucor, meaning it could be unsafe for some patients or it may be ineffective at what it claims to do. I can only guarantee you C4 is good for ONE thing...Cellucor's bank account.
