Depends: This depends on several factors. Most important is the reason that the clonazepam was taken in the first place, completely resolved. It is possible that other types of medication and or psychotherapy may have been successfully utilized and the problems are resolved. In this case gradually tapering the clonazpam perhaps to 1/2 mg/day and then even to 1/4 mg over a few weeks would do the trick.
