Dehydration possible: You mention you haven't eaten in 32 hours. Does that include not drinking fluids for the same period of time? If that is the case it's quite likely concentrated urine and you need to drink water. It's also a good idea to eat healthy foods.

Dehydration ?: Possible reasons for orange urine: Eating lots of foods high in beta carotene such as carrots, vitamin B2 or C or food dye (Tartrazine – yellow 5). May be due to dehydration or problems with liver/ bile duct. Medications: Pyridium, laxatives, Rifampin, warfarin, Azulfidine & some chemotherapy medications.
