Dark lips: First, see PCP to make sure there's no condition that's resulting in your lips being unnaturally dark. If your lips are naturally dark, & other conditions have been ruled out, then consider discussing why naturally dark lips are undesirable. In that case they may refer you to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Cosmetic alteration involves risk, strongly consider further counseling first.

Beauty is skin deep: Sometimes we are not happy with our body image or appearance. The thing is, we may be focusing on something that other's don't really notice or care about. Some lighter skinned people find dark skin attractive, and will go to tanning salons. Then, some darker people look for lighter skin...There's no real medical treatment for dark lips - since pigmentation in the skin provides the color.
