Bleeding when pg: It is possible to have vaginal bleeding when pregnant. If this occurs it could be a sign of a miscarriage. It is important for you to see your doctor as soon as possible if you could be pregnant. If the bleeding returns, or you have abdominal pain, dizziness or fever, you should call your doctor immediately or go to an ER. There are other possibilities, and you & your doctor can sort them out
