A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sort of: Coumadin (warfarin) is an effective mood thinner and can be dangerous if taken in excess. Consequently, it makes an effective poison for rats. One of the known side effects is alopecia, or hair loss. Not necessarily expected for every patient, but it can happen.
