Absolutely: You can actually be off for several months after using Plan B. That's why it is not a good ongoing contraceptive - it is an EMERGENCY contraception. If you don't want to get pregnant and you are planning on being sexually active more than once or twice a YEAR, then look into something else for birth control, or accept your cycles are going to be off and you're going to have hormonal symptoms.
