Burning feet: Depends when you feel the burn, Bilateral pain in the same area of both legs/feet usually stems from the low back. Lupus can be contributory. Apply ice to the low back and see if burning subsides. look up a Dermatome chart on the internet. you will see the nerves that exit the low back innervate the legs and feet. visit to a specialist should be considered.
