Okay if...: 1. He washed his penis with soap and water thoroughly after contact with poison ivy. 2. You had sex a few days later. 3. He used a condom. He should really abstain from having sex until the blisters and rash have cleared. It could be very painful for him and also increase his risk for secondary skin and other infections.

Ok as long as he: washed the oils off the penis with soap and water before you had sex. The rash does not spread poison Ivy.
