Stress symptoms can include feeling nervous or irritable, muscle tension (especially in neck, shoulders & back), poor quality or minimal sleep, lack of concentration & easy fatiguability. Urine or blood test: Its strange some of the feelings from each can overlap, but safest way to tell is to test if pregnant. If you already know you are pregnant, and feeling stressed, they often go hand in hand, and please try to relieve the stress in different ways to help improve the health of the baby. Best of luck!

Pregnancy: A pregnancy test will tell you if you are pregnant. Stress can cause irregular periods and hormonal irregularities can result in breast swelling or tenderness, but only unprotected sex can result in pregnancy. Pregnancy tests are over 99% accurate.
