Skin lesions: They may be molluscum contagiosum, caused by a virus. Can be sexually transmitted or caught by touching wet surfaces such as gym equipment which has not been cleaned after use. The lesions can be burned off or a topical medication can be applied. See your primary care doctor or a dermatologist.

Difficult to tell..: We need to know more information as to how do they look like, do they hurt, do they itch, are they like blisters, are they separated or in a group distribution, among other symptoms. It is also important to take a look at them. It could be fungal infection, could be herpes, warts, among others. Try to see your doctor for a final diagnosis.
