I am 31 weeks pregnant and my heartbeat is 101 per minutes. blood pressure not checked. is it okay ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heart rate: pregnant: Depending on the activity level at 30-40 weeks of pregnancy, the heart rate may vary and exceed normal levels. A rate of 101 at 31 weeks is not concerning, unleas it is sustanined and not just after exertion for a few minutes. Your blood pressure should be checked as well. Pregnancy at 31 weeks makes respiration more difficult, and increased heart rates are a consequence.
