Sorry you feel badly: For a 25 yr old I'm concerned for your description of lack of energy. Happy to hear your joints don't bother you "that much." Sorry to hear you're not physically active; this is the time that the bear cubs should be rompin! Now, how bout a question? I bet that if you changed just one of those parameters (i.e. get more active, get less anxious, or get more energy) that the others will improve.

Non specific: As a psychiatrist, of course I want to know more about the anxiety. Anxiety disorders can often have physical symptoms like muscle ache and fatigue, as well as depressive conditions. So can normal stress and strain, especially if a person starts to tip over into burnout. There are also medical conditions that can cause anxiety and physical symptoms. Starting with an primary eval is best.
