Feel vs Real: W/ Anxiety, you may 'feel' like a big temperature increase but may only 'measure' a small one. Even that is not common, but some might go up to 99.0F-99.5F Usually a fever indivates infection of some sort and the body's effort to fight it off. If it is over 99F and lasts, goes up or has other symptoms - see a provider. Also consider CBT therapy for skills in avoiding, reducing, managing anxiety.
