Normal: I wouldn't be worried about this. Slight asymmetry is very common among women, if the asymmetry is too obvious you can see a breast surgeon to fix them for you.

Nor unusual: Since people are not totally symmetrical, I don't think anyone can have breasts with identical shape and size. If the difference doesn't bother you, nothing needs be done. If the difference is huge, a plastic surgeon will likely be able to help you. This poses no health hazard.
