Yes and No.: Hormonal changes will cause changes in skin more like discoloration especially on the face. What you are describing sounds like PUPPP (pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy.). Lots of P's there. Anyway doesn't sound typical of normal hormonal changes and should be evaluated by your OB or dermatologist if persisting.
