Not pus-: Sounds like serous fluid that is being produced by the irritated skin cells. It's much like the fluid that is produced when you burn your skin and get a fluid filled blister. You are on treatment for both a possible bacterial infection and yeast infection. Air out nipples when possible, avoid use of nursing pads which may trap moisture. Can continue breast feeding. Try lanolin on areolas as well.
