Requires follow up : Intermediate is a classificationn from the American thoracic society based on the size. Due to improvements in technology many nodules are now visible that preciously could not be seen. These are graded and monitored differently. Yours will require Dr. Follow up and repeat X-ray. Make sure you follow up with your doctor. At your age there are many possible causes of this finding.
