Yes: If you have unprotected sex, you can be pregnant. Sometimes, you may not have any symptoms. Often, later in the pregnancy, you may notice your belly getting bigger, absence of periods, fetal movement, contractions. A urine test will help answer your question and a visit to your OB can help you with that.
