Be seen: A fairly high percentage of patients with recurrent ankle sprains have a relative weakness in the everters of the ankle, and strengthening them can sometimes help. Others have chronic instability related to a ligament tear and may never do well unless surgery is done. An exam can tell if your ankle is stable or not . Consider being seen.
