What is the treatment for a herniated disc caused by a car accident that is causing leg burning numbness and leg weakness for almost 8 weeks ?

Surgery: It is difficult to give specific advice without an exam and access to the mris and other essential data. My advice is to see a spine surgery or neurosurgeon for an opinion if conservative therapy has not helped.
