Irregular menses: Would follow up with doctor /urgent care. if you are sexually active as you may have been pregnant miscarried and now have retained fetal parts or ectopci.. Alternatively could be vaginal infection/PID. or just variation, or fibroids, endometriosis. f/u with doctor /urgent care., check HCG, TSH and may need ultrasound.
