What is the likelihood of pregnancy with a combination of correct birth control use in addition to withdrawal?

Possible: ANY time that you have vaginal intercourse, there is a chance of pregnancy! Pre-ejaculate can contain some sperm so withdrawal is not a reliable birth control. If you are using an appropriate BC, there is less chance, but it is still not 0%. Be sure to use protection- condoms and another reliable birth control method- every time, if you do not wish to get pregnant.

Birth Control Works: If you are using your birth control as prescribed there is less than 1% chance of pregnancy. It sounds like you have nearly zero risk of pregnancy in the scenario you describe.
