Insomnia : Problems sleeping can lead to chronic health issues. I think u need investigations into "why" u are having sleep issues. This might also be related somehow to your headaches. As the other doc pointed out- cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant and not a sleeping pill or headache remedy. Best to get at the root causes of things. Have u seen a sleep specialist? Working on "sleep hygiene" should help.
