3rd trimester: If it is constant "tightness" that doesn't go away, you may be experiencing round ligament pain, which is stretching. Sometimes a warm compress to the area or Tylenol (acetaminophen) may be helpful. If it comes and goes, it may be false contractions. Continue to stay well hydrated. If the feeling gets stronger, or every 5 minutes apart for an hr, or any cramping/bleeding, call your Ob/Gyn. Best wishes.
