Prenatal care?!: Some spotting in the second trimester can be normal. Much more concerning is when the spotting is accompanied by pain similar to menstrual cramps. The bigger question is have you established prenatal care? If so, you may want to contact your provider with this concern, if not, do so.

Light bleed no abnl: A little spotting or even a light period is not abnormal and can occur without effecting the pregnancy. Heavy bleeding is not a good sign.
