Consult doctor: You might had the strep throat which responded to antibiotics but that is not all .As you are still coughing with mucus and blood ,there may be problem in chest/lungs .Consult your doctor , he may do x-ray chest and start treatment accordingly.

See doctor again: You should be re-examined by your doctor. You may have a different infection, especially if your strep wasn't confirmed by a test. Coughing up blood is not a symptom of strep.
