Why have i been tired and bloated for the past few months and not have the bloating going down, along with terrible migraines?

Diet: You should probably take a look at your diet and make some changes. Various foods / patterns of eating can cause both bloating and migraines. Perhaps start with a very basic eating plan of 5-6 small meals a day eating only "whole" foods and avoiding any type of processed foods. Give it about a month to make a difference.
