Penis size: The penis really does not shrink. In cold environments it may retract back to the body to get closer to the body heat, but does not shrink. Often in some conditions (like diabetes), weight gain can distort body image and the penis will appear smaller in size. Weight loss is needed and the penis will be back to it's "normal looking" size. No magic pills or crazy internet hoaxes will enlarge you.
