How do you FEEL?: If you feel well and there are no physical findings, there's no reason to perform a medical workup on an x-ray. What are we going to find that's treatable anyway? At your age and without heavy asbestos exposure, the chances of mesothelioma are basically zero. If you feel well, these aren't disease-related pleural effusions. If you're sick, consider imaging.
