Thyroid?: You should see a doctor and let them help you determine if there is a medical condition causing your constipation. It could be low thyroid function, low magnesium, and several other things.

Constipation: Add fiber to your diet , eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables and 2-4 servings of whole grain breads, bran cereal , or brown rice daily. Drink 6-8 eight ounce glasses of water daily .
