Dr. Donald Colantino
Internal Medicine 61 years experience
N and V: If you are not pregnant, then persistent nausea and vomiting is a worrisome symptom that calls for an evaluation by your physician. Gastritis, peptic ulcer, gall bladder or liver disease are possibilities. Less likely would be reaction to medications or a toxic substance. Don't delay. See your Physician as soon as possible. Don't allow yourself to become dangerously ill.

A 38-year-old member asked:

Do I need to bathe my newborn every day?

Dr. Marcus Degraw
Pediatrics 22 years experience
No: Babies dont need baths every day. They dont produce body odor like adults and so baths are only needed when very dirty or soiled, or about every 3rd day. No reason to bath more than that unless very dirty.
A member asked:

How long should my child nap for each day?

Dr. Evelyn Hurvitz
Pediatrics 37 years experience
Variable: Babies sleep anywhere from 8 to 20 hours in a 24 hour period. Some babies sleep in long blocks of time and some cat-nap. Your baby will pick her own schedule despite your attempts to put her on one.

Probably: You just need to take one of them. I tell patients that a centrum or one a day or two flintstones chewables are just as good as an super expensive, designer prenatal vitamin.
